About the Role

We’re growing fast and looking for a dynamic, client-focused Implementation Consultant to guide new clients through a seamless onboarding experience. This is a remote-first role, ideal for someone with a background in accounting and a passion for technology, business improvement, and client engagement.

You’ll work directly with clients across Australia and beyond, becoming their go-to expert in our construction-focused ERP platform. Whether you're leading Zoom training sessions, helping translate requirements into software workflows, or advising on best-practice construction accounting—your impact will be immediate and lasting.

Your Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end implementation projects after handover from the Sales team.

Deliver client training sessions via Zoom and keep implementation projects on track.

Provide strategic advice on best-practice construction accounting and project management.

Translate complex business needs into software workflows and configurations.

Respond to client queries promptly and accurately.

Build long-term relationships and ensure a smooth handover to our Customer Success team.

Create client-facing documentation, training resources, or help videos as needed.

Support internal process improvements and system management when required.

What We’re Looking For

A degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.

CPA/CA qualified OR 3–5 years’ relevant experience in roles like:

Management Accountant, Financial Controller, Business Analyst, Finance Manager, or Project Accountant.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to ask “why” and find the root cause.

Excellent communication skills; verbal, written, and visual.

Highly organised, detail-oriented, and self-driven.

Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Confident using business software (especially accounting or project management systems).

A reliable WFH setup: fast internet, distraction-free workspace.

Bonus Points For:

Experience in construction, SaaS, software implementation, or training/consulting roles.

Familiarity with job costing, WIP reporting, or project-based finance.
