About the Role:

Service existing B2B client base in Victoria and Tasmania

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers

Build sales and maintain instore displays with regularly scheduled calls

Collaborate with the interstate sales teams and management

Liaise with buying groups in conjunction with management

Occasional interstate travel to other states

Work collaboratively with other Melbourne based staff

Maintain accurate call records and sales data, enter and execute purchase orders

Occasional help to unload containers (2-3 times a year)

We are looking for someone with:

Proven sales experience

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to negotiate

Confidant bright personality

Willingness to travel

Valid drivers licence

Other useful attributes would include:

Having a mechanical / engineering knowledge or background

IT skills using accounting software and the Microsoft office suite

Forklift licence
