This is the role for the spreadsheet-loving, compliance-handling, phone-answering type who wants to feel useful without being overwhelmed.

Whether you’re winding down from a long real estate career or just tiptoeing into the industry to test the waters — we’re looking for someone genuine, reliable, and ready to jump in where needed.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Daily banking and receipting

Keeping us compliant — scheduling routine checks, reading reports, and issuing smart, accurate work orders

Helping out with condition reports, open homes, and answering phones when we’re flat out

Welcoming new tenants with friendly handovers and key collections

Drafting lease renewals, rent increases, and property write-ups

Being the “go-to” when Receptions plate is overflowing — expect admin, support, and general real estate magic-making

About You:

You might be semi-retired or returning to the workforce with a wealth of common sense

You understand the basics of real estate compliance (or are willing to learn)

You're happy to jump into varied tasks and can think on your feet

A welcoming personality and mature approach is essential

Previous experience in property management is great — but not required if you're the right fit

If you don’t have a real estate licence yet, we’re open to helping the right candidate get there
