We are excited to advertise for the role of Accommodation Manager.

In this role, you will:

Take responsibility to build a Winning Front Office Team and operational and service excellence

· Enhance our guest experience and promote excellence in the front office

· Work closely with other department heads to promote the property, restaurant and function rooms

· Recruit and training the front office team

· Implement new technology as required

Your responsibilities will include:

· Overseeing day to day reservations, check-ins, departures, ensuring a smooth and efficient guest experience

· Oversee guest enquiries, resolve queries

· Oversee finance including billings, debt collection, room revenue management and rates adjustments

· Ensure compliance with Franchise Standards

· HR matters such as rostering, staff recruitment, creation of policies and processes

· Lead and train the staff in all aspects of front office

To exceed in this role, you will have:

Previous experience in a similar or support role

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Strong leadership and team management abilities

Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office
