This is a fantastic opportunity for a CSM who is looking for genuine career progression, with a clear pathway to becoming an Associate Adviser.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Contacting insurance companies and fund managers to gather information about clients' existing products
• Completing insurance application forms on behalf of clients and managing their progress
• Requesting, collating, and reviewing information from existing and new clients
• Maintaining the CRM to ensure the database is accurate and complete
• Responding to ad hoc questions and requests from clients
• Liaising with internal team members to gather information to complete a client review
• Following up on client requests in a timely and professional manner
• General administration to support team members

Skills needed:

• At least 2 years of experience in financial planning is preferred
• Strong communication skills – written and verbal
• Enthusiasm to support clients – no request is too small or intrusive
• Passion for being part of a successful team environment
• Desire to grow within the business and progress into an Associate Adviser role
• Professional demeanour, reliability, and a strong work ethic
• Ability to anticipate colleague and client needs
