For over 30 years, Carrington Financial Services has built a reputation for trust, integrity, and client-focused financial advice. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a dedicated and professional Client Services Manager to join our team.
In this key role, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients, supporting our advisers and ensuring a smooth and seamless experience at every touchpoint.
If you’re organised, proactive, and passionate about delivering exceptional service, we’d love to hear from you.
Ideally you will have 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role in the industry, looking for a fresh start or the ability to grow into an expanded role.

We are looking for someone to:
Provide clients, advisers and staff with a professional, efficient and friendly service.
Assist in the smooth running of the business on a day-to-day basis.
Provide support to the fellow administration and adviser team.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Exceptional communication skills and superior attention to deal with the ability to multi-task.
Experience in preparation of advice documents and implementation of applications.
Worked with Microsoft 365 and CRMs such as XPlan, FIN365 or similar.
