The Role
An exciting opportunity exists for a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Accountant to join the Finance team. Reporting to the Finance Manager, this role plays a key part in financial reporting, analysis, and stakeholder engagement across the business.

Responsibilities

• Support financial accounting processes, including month-end reporting
• Complete statutory reporting obligations such as BAS, FBT, and indirect tax
• Develop and produce weekly/monthly KPI budgets and reports for stakeholders
• Monitor debtor compliance and prepare debtor day reporting
• Serve as a key contact for compliance and performance reporting queries
• Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making
• Analyse company performance to identify opportunities for improvement
• Assist in the annual budgeting process with in-depth analysis
• Prepare company-specific and quarterly billing reports
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., HR, Marketing) to deliver tailored insights

The Candidate

• Degree qualified, ideally with CPA/CA completed or in progress
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organisation
• Confident working across various internal stakeholders
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Proactive, analytical thinker with a collaborative mindset
