With a talented team of 90+ passionate professionals dedicated to empowering nonprofits with expert business consulting and salary packaging services, they're all about making the salary packaging world a better place, one NFP organisation at a time.
The role:
As a Customer Care Officer, you will assist customers by responding to emails and answering inbound calls, providing advice across the full range of Salary Packaging products and services. - You're a Customer Service Superstar - You empathize, listen, and make every interaction memorable
- You are Confident navigating various systems and software
- You are Calm & Professional - Keeping your cool on inbound calls and adapt to changing priorities
- You're a Clear Communicator - Able to convey information simply and effectively, both in speech and writing
- You have basic financial literacy - Comfortable understanding basic financial info and transactions
- You thrive on picking up new skills and embracing change
- You have a drive to meet quality KPIs with consistency, reliability, and a team-first attitude
