Who are we?
We are a niche facilities management consultancy to commercial clients. We challenge the status quo and are have hired the best team players to grow. We don't want to be big, we just want to be great. Having started establishing some of our new FM and construction divisions, we are seeking an all rounder to take the reins of our finance systems as well as general data crunching and administration support.

Who are you?

A superstar. Someone who's fun, energetic and technically knowledgeable. Systems orientated and always looking to improve. We want someone who is detailed, has emotional intelligence and can be a self driving force to help us grow. Our team is looking for someone who can come in and take ownership of back of house areas and support us in (order of priority):

Financial bookkeeping, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable across Xero;

Setting up power BI reporting for all financial reports;

Estimating and data modelling using Excel in support of our bids;

Coordinating travel plans, administration support to the CEO and COO

Assistance with the delivery of Projects inclusive of engaging with subcontractor partners, following up work completion and invoicing

Putting together presentations, reports and wordsmithing support

Recruitment including posting advertisements, undertaking initial screening, set up interviews and performing reference checks

Onboarding and offboarding new team members including setting up system requests with IT, ordering equipment, performing inductions

Note that due to the client support required, this role is only available as a full time in office position.
