About us:

We have an opportunity for an established Management Accountant to join our manufacturing family business, operating for over 30 years. We are proud to manufacture sheet metal onsite, design and build systems to support our customers in the HVAC industry. Our group of 50 staff are based in three locations: Keilor Park, Dandenong & Shepparton, we need a person who knows how to put meaning to the numbers and support our next chapter of growth.

What will you do:

You will be responsible for providing insightful reporting around business performance whilst having strengths in all aspects of accounting, some of our specific expectations are that you:

Become a go-to person for all finance matters

Provide leadership and direction to the corporate team, including IT.

Prepare monthly management financial reports for the family directors.

Provide specific key decision making reports for senior management

Prepare and lodge all relevant tax & compliance reporting

About You:

Experience with NAV & Project BI preferable

CPA qualified with at least five years' experience within a similar SME position/industry.

Exceptional communication skills and a clear ability to partner with a wide range of stakeholders particularly those outside of finance.
