About the Role

Join the dynamic team at World Gym Mount Gravatt as a Membership Consultant. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving new membership sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience at our state-of-the-art facility in Mount Gravatt, Queensland.

This role operates Monday to Friday, with some weekend availability required, balanced with an RDO during the week.

What You'll Be Doing

Engaging with prospective members, understanding their fitness goals, and recommending the best membership options to meet their needs

Conducting facility tours and leading the sales process to convert leads into new members

Providing outstanding customer service to all members, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience

Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets

Maintaining detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities

Supporting the marketing team with promotional initiatives to drive new member acquisition

What We're Looking For

Proven sales experience, preferably in the fitness or hospitality industry

Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build strong relationships with members

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage with people from all backgrounds

Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their wellness goals

Enthusiasm, positivity, and a team-oriented approach

Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, with an RDO provided
