New Wealth Lending Pty Ltd, a reputable lending firm based in Mascot, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Loans Processor to join our dynamic team. If you have experience in loans processing and a strong understanding of credit policies from both bank and non-bank lenders, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Process loan applications accurately and efficiently.
• Work directly with brokers and the principal to ensure smooth loan processing.
• Manage and maintain up-to-date records of loan applications, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant.
• Use sales tracker software (experience preferred) to monitor and manage loan progress.
• Review and apply a diverse range of bank and non-bank credit policies.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients are well-informed throughout the process.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and maintain high levels of accuracy.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in a similar loans processing role.
• Strong understanding of both bank and non-bank credit policies.
• Familiarity with sales tracker software (experience preferred).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Ambitious, driven, and motivated to succeed.
• Ability to work collaboratively with brokers and the principal.
