My Family Podiatry is seeking a warm, organised, and motivated individual to join our friendly administration team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and helping create a positive experience for all patient interactions.

About the Role:

Permanent part-time position

Working hours: Mondays and Tuesdays, from 9:00AM to 6:00PM

Flexibility to cover unplanned or annual leave when required

Previous experience in administration or reception is a bonus, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are just as important

Key Responsibilities:

Front desk reception and contributing to an outstanding customer experience

Booking and ongoing management of appointments

Managing patient records with accuracy and efficiency using clinic systems

Communicating with patients and team members

General clinic administration and support duties

Skills and Attributes We Are Looking For:

Friendly and professional communication style

Strong organisational and time management skills

High attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures

Confidence using computers and learning new systems

Calm and helpful approach in a busy environment

Team player with a positive and proactive attitude
