Scope of the Role
In this newly created role reporting to the Managing Director and working seamlessly with the Board, your vision for marketing led growth will be evident through your ability to:
- Lead the marketing and channel teams in bringing your strategic multi-channel, multi-faceted marketing-led growth plan to life.
- Tailor a national plan to cater to state and regional nuances to drive local reach.
- Ensure all marketing, digital and content channels are optimised to drive a 'right message, right audience, right time' approach.
- Strengthen the brand in core external markets and lead the EVP to fuel employee engagement.
- Drive lead generation/customer acquisition initiatives and enhance the overall customer journey.
- Analyse and interpret data to inform current and future state plans and priorities.
- Infuse the firm's vision in all communication channels.
- Lead and manage relationships with external brand, marketing, digital and communications agencies.
What You Bring
This role offers the opportunity for a senior, strategic marketing expert from an in-house software (eg selling CRM) or B2C law firm to apply their learns and wins. You bring:
- A proven track record in setting and delivering to a strategic marketing plan that aligns to business growth objectives.
- Impeccable senior stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, ideally at Board level.
- A data driven mindset and strong commercial acumen that can inform current and future plans.
- A passion for driving a flawless customer experience across all touchpoints, particularly across complex customer journeys.
- A track record of turning leads into customers.
- A track record of delivering to marketing and sales channel revenue targets.
- Proven expertise in leading, coaching and developing teams.
- The ability to blend a strategic, forward focussed plan with the tactical initiatives to bring it to life.
