Role overview:

Our client is seeking an Applications and Data Manager, to lead the end-to-end development and support of tailored business applications and data solutions. You'll combine your technical expertise with a strategic mindset to analyse business needs, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver impactful solutions. With a strong emphasis on Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365, you’ll drive automation, enhance data integration, and streamline processes across the organisation.

Key responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and ongoing support of custom business applications using Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).

Identify and resolve technical issues, implement system updates and enhancements, and perform regular reviews to maintain optimal application functionality.

Create and execute data management strategies that ensure data security and efficiency, while leveraging Power Platform and Microsoft 365 to enhance business processes.

Skills and Experience:

2+ years of experience in managing application development and data management, with a strong understanding of ERP systems.

3+ years of experience developing solutions using MS Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and Dynamics 365, including creating and modifying business processes and workflows.

Proficient in creating test scripts, modifying Power Automate flows, and understanding of coding in JavaScript, with a solid understanding of Microsoft Fabric, SQL, Dataverse, and Data Warehouses.

Skilled in managing small IT projects through a structured systems development lifecycle.

Skilled in business analysis methodologies, change management, system testing, and release processes to drive successful project outcomes and improve business systems.
