Description

• Leading, managing, and implementing the master data strategy within the retail business.
• Ensuring data integrity, data governance, and quality management.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to define and implement data standards, policies, and procedures.
• Providing technical guidance and support to team members.
• Driving data-related projects and initiatives.
• Developing and enforcing best practices in master data management.
• Working closely with the Technology department to align data strategy with business goals.
• Reporting on master data metrics to the management team.

Profile

A successful Master Data Lead should have:

• A degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Background in Data / Information Technology.
• Proven experience in master data management within a retail environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics will be highly regarded
• Strong knowledge of data governance and quality management principles.
• Exceptional stakeholder, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional leadership skills with an ability to drive projects to completion.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
