We are currently seeking a Clinical Care Manager to join a highly regarded not-for-profit aged care provider located along the beautiful northern coast of Tasmania. This is a fantastic opportunity to take the next step in your career while making a real impact in a tight-knit regional community.

🔹 About the Role:

As Clinical Care Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day clinical operations of the home, ensuring high-quality care and compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards. You will lead and mentor a dedicated team of nurses and care staff, and work closely with the Facility Manager and wider leadership team.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Lead the delivery of person-centred clinical care to residents

Manage clinical staff, rostering, performance and development

Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards

Oversee care planning, assessments, and audits

Work collaboratively with residents, families and multidisciplinary teams

🔹 What We're Looking For:

Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration

Bachelor of Nursing (or equivalent) - mandatory

Demonstrated experience in aged care and clinical leadership

Proven ability to lead teams, manage compliance and improve care outcomes

Strong understanding of aged care accreditation and clinical governance
