About the Role

I'm looking for a motivated and hands-on Assistant Store Manager to join a high-performing store team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities

Support daily store operations and drive team performance

Coach, lead and inspire team members to achieve sales & KPIs

Deliver outstanding customer experiences every time

Assist with stock management, visual merchandising, and store standards

Ensure operational excellence and compliance with company processes

What We're Looking For

Previous retail leadership experience (Assistant Manager or Supervisor level)

Passion for delivering exceptional service and team results

Strong communication and organisational skills

Results-driven mindset with KPI knowledge
