About the role

Nexar Group is looking for an exceptional Team Leader - Operations to support our management team, growth, operations, clients and security officers in South Australia and Nationally.

Job Description:

South Australian recruitment and other areas directed by Management

Manage employee training, performance & non-compliance reviews

Responsibility to oversee all rosters for accuracy

Meet clients' requirements and expectations

Oversee and update employee compliances

Ability to be a team player to assist with problem solving

Take ownership as a team leader to assist the operations team

Resilience and Ability work under pressure

Maintain Professional Manner
