The Role / Job Purpose:
Reporting into the State Sales Manager, you will expand our expertise, boosting our capabilities and the company's name.
The day-to-day aspect of the role encompasses:
- Accurately process customer orders and provide prompt resolutions to enquiries regarding products, stock, pricing, lead times, and delivery.
- Utilise excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively articulate product features, benefits and value to customers.
- Actively engage with current and prospective clients to understand and anticipate their evolving business needs.
- Contribute to the overall team environment, focusing on innovation, outstanding customer service and product and brand awareness.
- The overall role will encompass aspects of customer orders and enquiries, sales, administration and market and product knowledge
- Aid in the development of new products to further our client's products in market penetration
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A background in customer service and sales plus timber product knowledge will be highly regarded.
- Enthusiasm for learning new products and industry knowledge.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, allowing you to engage with clients confidently and professionally.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to the diverse needs of our customers.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
This role is based in our client's custom-built office and showroom, and they take great pride in having a comfortable, welcoming place to work:
