As a pivotal team member reporting directly to the CFO, you'll contribute to the dynamic and fast-paced environment of our client.

This role is perfect for an Accounts Payable Officer with experience in the events industry and within medium or large size organisations. As an end-to-end role, you will be involved in processing high volume invoices, reconciliations, payment runs on a weekly basis.

The Role

Reporting to the CFO and working with a professional and dedicated finance team your duties will include:

• High volume invoice processing
• Payment runs
• Reconciliations
• Purchase order matching
• Assisting with audit
• Assist with month end
• Ad-Hoc tasks when required

Your Profile

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Experience in end to end Accounts Payable roles
• Experience with Microsoft or any large-scale ERP system

• Proficiency in accounting software and strong Excel skills
• Highly organized with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Excellent attention to detail
