About the Role We’re seeking a motivated and proactive Sales Associate to support our Lead Agents in Sunnybank. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a client-facing role where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work alongside Lead Agents to identify and qualify buyers and sellers.
• Prospect through door knocking, lead generation, social media, and letterbox drops.
• Assist in property viewings, meetings, and negotiations.
• Manage buyer and vendor communications, appointments, and property reports.
• Stay informed on current market trends and property values.
• Coordinate property showings, open homes, and promotional events.
• Deliver outstanding service to clients at every stage of the transaction.

About You:

• QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration & QLD Driver Licence.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a proactive, can-do attitude.
• Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Previous real estate experience is advantageous but not essential.
