The Company
A long-established upper-tier Subdivisions contractor delivering superlot subdivision projects to developers across the north and west of Melbourne. A brilliant name in the industry with brand new offices in the north of Melbourne.

Experience running multi-stage land development projects from end to end is a mandatory experience requirement of this role.

The role

• Reporting to the Project Manager, you will have end-to-end responsibility to run a project
• Oversee works onsite including bulk earthworks, drainage, electrical, roads and pavements.
• Coordinating site activities, dealing with councils, OH&S, scheduling resources and machinery
• Delegate various crews to activities during daily toolbox talks
• Be the Health and Safety advocate, maintaining a culture of safe practices
• Liaise with clients, councils, consultants, and relevant authorities for project progress and updates
• Implement project plans and programming

Skills you will posses to be successful

• 5+ years of experience as a Civil Supervisor in large land development projects in Australia
• Strong understanding of bulk earthworks, drainage, and road construction (advantageous)
• Degree in Construction/Engineering
• Experience in multistage subdivisions construction projects up to $40 million
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Excellent time management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Appropriate IT skills
