We’re seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Team Leader to join our dynamic team in Windsor. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in getting things right the first time.

Your Day-to-Day Will Involve

Confirming and processing invoices

Reconciling invoices against service records

Investigating and resolving invoicing discrepancies including incorrect service dates or unauthorized work items

Responding to inbound phone calls and assisting with invoice-related queries

Ensuring all invoicing actions are closed out daily—accurately and on time

Great communication skills with customers and other stakeholders to understand and meet mutual expectations

Government program, services or property customer service experience desirable

Strong written communication skills

Curiosity and confidence to ask questions when unsure

Comfortable navigating multiple platforms and tools

Desirable licenses if held

Current drivers license

Police Check
