Principal Business Analyst

Are you ready to drive meaningful change through large-scale digital transformation? We're seeking umultiple Principal Business Analysts to join a high-profile program of work aimed at modernising patient administration systems across a complex, multi-site healthcare environment.

This multi-year initiative is in the planning and readiness phase, focused on accelerating implementation activities that will help reimagine the future of healthcare service delivery.

THE ROLE:

As a Principal Business Analyst, you will:

• Lead the analysis and documentation of current and future state business processes, business rules and system usage
• Collaborate with stakeholders to co-design future state workflows aligned with program objectives
• Identify business change impacts and develop effective interventions across various operational areas
• Contribute to strategic planning, architecture blueprints, and information management practices

EXPERIENCE:

• 5+ years' experience in business analysis within large, complex environments (health sector experience highly regarded)
• Proven expertise in business process modelling (preferably using BPMN)
• Familiarity with business analysis frameworks (BABOK v2 preferred) and strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Leadership capability to guide and mentor other analysts and multidisciplinary teams
