A leading superannuation company is seeking a Project Manager to lead and deliver a portfolio of initiatives. You'll be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of technology and integration projects, from scoping and budgeting through to execution and closure. You'll work across multi-disciplinary teams and vendors to ensure critical superannuation-related projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full project lifecycle using agile and waterfall methodologies.
• Deliver technical and integration projects
• Develop project charters, schedules, budgets, and stakeholder engagement plans
• Facilitate workshops to finalise requirements and align delivery milestones
• Drive execution across internal teams and external vendors
• Monitor project performance, manage risks/issues, and track scope changes
• Lead steering committee meetings and maintain governance reporting
• Oversee successful transition to BAU and post-project reviews

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years' experience in project management or technical delivery
• Demonstrated experience leading technology and systems integration projects
• Strong background in superannuation services
• Expertise managing vendors, client onboarding, platform changes or compliance updates
• Skilled in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Exceptional planning, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills
• Confident using MS Project and the Microsoft Office suite
