Regional Director | Property | Surry Hills based
Exciting opportunity to lead, inspire and grow our established team of Property recruiters reporting to the CEO. Motivate and nuture our high-performing team to develop their skills and career and surpass revenue budgets.

What are we looking for?

• Proven track record successfully leading a recruitment team (ideally 8+)
• Tech savvy, solutions focused
• Change management experience well regarded
• Modern leadership approach and philosophy geared toward upcoming generations of recruiters

What will you be doing?

• Motivating, leading and inspiring the Property recruitment team while nurturing a ‘can do’ culture and winning attitude;
• Assisting CEO & HR to source and onboard new talent;
• Leading sales meetings and managing the team(s) to an agreed revenue budget;
• Proactively manage team members professional development, growth and performance identifying any potential problems in advance;
• Working in partnership with group services to improve compliance and operational excellence;
• Identifying training needs of team and team members and delivering effective, aligned training sessions.
