Shamrock Recruitment is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee major and complex loss insurance projects across Brisbane.
This role is ideal for a hands on leader who excels in managing multiple projects, coordinating trades, and ensuring high quality workmanship. You'll play a key role in managing end to end insurance repairs, liaising with a range of stakeholders, and delivering safe, timely, and cost effective results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the delivery of major and complex loss construction projects from start to finish
• Supervise subcontractors, site personnel, and suppliers to ensure high quality workmanship and on time delivery
• Liaise with clients, insurers, assessors, and consultants to keep projects running smoothly
• Monitor and report on job progress, budgets, and risks, ensuring compliance with WHS requirements
• Proactively resolve any site issues or delays that may arise
• Support the onboarding and mentoring of new supervisors as required

What We’re Looking For:

• Demonstrated experience supervising major loss projects within the insurance building industry
• Relevant trade qualifications and/or a Certificate/Diploma in Construction Management preferred
• Solid understanding of WHS legislation and risk mitigation
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
• Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and construction management software
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
