Design & Build have partnered with an Australian company established and working on energy transmission and distribution projects nationally, supporting the integration renewable energy such as wind and solar power generation through providing grid stability and energy storage.

We can proudly boast that we have successfully hired multiple people for this energy business and to support their ongoing growth and their Operations Manager is now looking for a hands-on Supply Chain Coordinator reporting to them.

This is a supporting role in a fast paced environment and perfect for someone at the start of their career, looking to get into the ever-growing renewable energy sector.

As a Supply Chain Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

• Support the Operations Manager by providing timely and reliable procurement and contract administration support.
• Plan for the purchase of equipment, services, supplies, material handling and logistics.
• Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities.
• Monitor shipments, deliveries, and timelines, resolving estimated time of arrival (ETA) issues.
• Receive and review procurement requests from the team, identifying missing details and ensuring clear specifications.
• Cost control

What experience can you bring?

• Degree qualified, ideally in finance or similar
• Strong administrative skills & database experience, ideally within energy, infrastructure or construction industry.
• Hands on, used to working in small teams, able to adapt to client requirements
• Strong personal values and a team player
