Key Responsibilities:

Analyzing and determining the optimal product mix, maintaining appropriate stock levels, and upholding service standards to meet customer needs.

Strategizing and executing promotional campaigns and advertising initiatives to enhance visibility and drive sales of the establishment's goods and services.

Maintaining accurate records of stock levels, creating budgets, and documenting all financial transactions.

Overseeing and supervising staff to maximize their performance, providing guidance and support as needed.

Recruiting, training, and nurturing talent for various sales and customer service roles within the store.

Overseeing the preparation and delivery of orders to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Assisting customers, promoting products, and providing guidance on product use and selection.

Requirements:

Applicants are required to have a Diploma qualification in relevant field.

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a retail management role.

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Proven ability to manage budgets, inventory, and staff effectively.

Customer-focused with a proactive and hands-on approach.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and make sound operational decisions.
