We have an exciting opportunity for a full time Operations Support Officer to join our team.

This role will work within Our Patch Group, that encompasses School Plus located in Queensland and Our Patch Education located in Queensland, Victoria and South Australia. The role will be based in School Plus's beautiful new offices located in Eight Mile Plains with plenty of cafes around and free onsite parking.

The Operations Support Officer will be responsible for:

Working with the Head of Operations

Administrative & Operational Support

Compliance & Quality Support

Stakeholder & Team Coordination

Process & System Improvements

Reporting & Data Management

Have a focus on Resourcing and IT Support across our programs

To be successful in this role you will need:

Minimum of 2 year's of administration experience

A current Blue Card (Working with Children Check) or willing to obtain

Excellent attention to detail with good problem-solving skills.

Excellent initiative and the ability to work autonomously

Excellent written and verbal communication.

High level of organisation and time management skills.

Excellent knowledge and previous experience in using Word, Excel and Outlook is required.
