As a proudly privately owned company with unmatched financial stability, we're experiencing consistent global growth year after year. We foster an innovative, people-first culture where professional development and work-life balance are paramount.

We are seeking skilled and driven advisors to join our expanding team. This is your chance to provide exceptional, high-quality advice to a diverse portfolio of clients, making a real impact on their success.

As a Bright Advisor you'll be a trusted partner to our clients, guiding them through the complexities of employment relations:

  • Confidently interpret and apply relevant industrial instruments and employment laws to meet each client's unique circumstances and ensure compliance.
  • Develop clear, commercially astute, and practical solutions for client issues, from intricate dispute resolution to everyday compliance queries.

What We’re Looking For:
We're seeking a detail-oriented professional with a strong foundation in employment relations and a genuine passion for helping businesses succeed.

  • A minimum of 1 years of experience in an employment relations, HR advisory, or similar role, demonstrating a strong grasp of Australian employment law and regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex situations, identify key issues, and develop effective, commercial solutions.
  • The ability to communicate complex information clearly, concisely, and effectively (both verbally and in writing) to a diverse range of clients.
  • A proactive, client-first mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
  • A degree in Human Resources, Law, Industrial Relations, or a related field is highly desirable.

What You’ll Get in Return:
We’re committed to offering a rewarding and supportive environment where you can build a long-term, fulfilling career. At BrightHR, we offer:

  • BrightHR Profit Share – Annual bonus based on company performance—when we succeed, so do you!
  • Enhanced Leave – start with 23 days, PLUS birthday & volunteer leave
  • Reward & Recognition – Monthly Super Service Awards with $1K bonuses, and Global MVP Awards to celebrate your contributions.
  • Bright Exchange – Access to thousands of curated discounts on everyday essentials.
  • Education Assistance Program – Support for your ongoing professional development and learning.
  • Career Pathways – Clearly defined career development opportunities to help you reach your goals.
  • Health & Fitness Perks – Discounted gym memberships and private health insurance to ensure your well-being.

At BrightHR, we believe in empowering our people to make a real difference. When you join us, you’ll be part of an innovative, people-first company that values professional growth and work-life balance.
