About the role

You’ll work closely with the partners to manage a diverse client base, delivering a high level of service and contributing to key practice functions. Your responsibilities will include:

Preparing financial statements, income tax returns, and Business Activity Statements (BAS) across all entity types

Managing compliance requirements for superannuation funds

Liaising directly with clients and building strong ongoing relationships

Reviewing files and providing guidance to colleagues

Assisting with the implementation and improvement of internal systems and processes

Contributing to the growth of the firm, with a potential path to partnership

What You Bring to the Table

5+ years’ experience in a public practice accounting firm in Australia

CA or CPA qualified

Strong technical expertise across income tax, compliance obligations, superannuation, GST, Division 7A and CGT concessions

Proficiency with accounting software and cloud platforms. Experience with Xero and Class Super is advantageous

Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organisational skills

Confident communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills

A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset with a genuine interest in supporting clients and colleagues
