The Opportunity

As an Associate Risk Financial Adviser, you'll work alongside highly experienced Senior Advisers and Directors to deliver strategic insurance and risk protection advice to a high-net-worth client base. This is your chance to build deep expertise in a collaborative and growth-focused environment, with the added benefit of working from home two days a week.

Key Responsibilities

Support and manage client relationships, becoming a trusted contact for risk-related matters

Attend client meetings in partnership with Senior Advisers and Directors

Research, develop, and implement tailored personal and business risk strategies

Prepare detailed and compliant Statements of Advice (SOAs) covering life, TPD, trauma, and income protection

Liaise with insurers, underwriters, and key stakeholders to deliver seamless outcomes

Stay abreast of industry trends and contribute to the ongoing development of the firm’s risk advice offering

About You

2–3 years of experience in a Paraplanner, Associate Adviser, or Risk Specialist role

Solid understanding of personal and business insurance advice

Experience using Xplan or similar financial planning software

Strong attention to detail and a client-first mindset

Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for financial advice
