The Role
As an Associate Adviser, you will gain hands-on experience working with an established book of HNW clients, averaging $2M in FUM. You'll work closely with Senior Advisers and Directors, gaining exposure to complex strategic advice while benefiting from a well-established process and strong internal support.

Your Responsibilities:

Manage client relationships as the first point of contact for initial inquiries.

Attend client meetings alongside Senior Advisers and Directors.

Research and develop tailored financial strategies across various entities, including Family Trusts, Companies, and SMSFs.

Manage and track client portfolios, ensuring high service standards.

About You:

2–3 years of experience as a Paraplanner or Associate Adviser.

Strong technical knowledge across multiple financial strategies.

Experience with Xplan or similar financial planning software.

High attention to detail and a proactive approach to client service.
