About the role
As an Application Support Analyst, you’ll play a key part in the smooth operation of our global payment systems. You’ll work hands-on with cutting-edge cloud technologies, APIs, and integrated systems to deliver seamless support to clients and partners around the world.
This role focuses on Level 2 support for our acquiring and scheme-related services—critical infrastructure for our business and our clients. You’ll be working closely with technical teams, external partners, and business stakeholders to ensure high performance, reliability, and client satisfaction.
What you’ll do
Provide L2 support for core production applications across payment platforms.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with cloud-based APIs, routing, and gateway services.
Collaborate with developers, operations, and client teams to investigate and resolve technical issues.
Onboard new clients and configure environments for successful integration.
Liaise with external partners and schemes for escalated support cases.
Manage hotfixes and patches with minimal disruption to service.
Participate in an after-hours support roster (as needed).
About you

What you’ll bring:
3+ years of experience in Application or Technical Support roles.
Strong SQL skills (Oracle/MS SQL) and experience with PL/SQL.
Familiarity with APIs, XML, REST/SOAP, and web service integration.
Understanding of ITIL processes and SDLC.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
A team-first attitude and the ability to work cross-functionally.
Bonus points if you have:
Exposure to AWS or Azure cloud environments.
Programming experience in .NET or C#.
Experience in Agile or Scrum teams.
Salary
The salary range for this role is $85, 000 - 90, 000 per annum + superannuation.
