We are a highly regarded concreting company based in Carrum Downs. We service bayside area, south east suburbs and also into the central suburbs of Melbourne. We pride ourselves on quality and delivering a service no other concrete company can. Since starting in 2017 we have built a selection of builders by giving them A1 quality slabs time and time again. We offer earthworks, Formwork, steel fixing and concrete placement. Phantom Slabs specialise in custom home foundations in the form of raft and waffle slabs. We are a young energetic team and are looking at adding Concreters / Form workers / Steel fixers to keep up with the ever growing workload. To fill this role you must be passionate, positive, respectful and continuously aim to be better than the day before.

Qualifications & experience

2 years minimum concrete experience

Competence of architectural and structural plans

Complete form work and/or steel installation

Be able to work within a team

Have leadership/team member qualities and traits

Valid license (MR truck license a bonus) white card compulsory
