Role Overview:
We’re seeking a tech-savvy, energetic Support Technician to join our Perth-based team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers needing assistance with GPS tracking hardware and software systems. You’ll diagnose issues, provide solutions, and support installation and setup.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and remote tools.

Assist with the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of GPS tracking devices.

Perform diagnostics and escalate hardware/software issues as needed.

Maintain accurate service records and documentation.

Work closely with the development and operations team to resolve customer issues.

What We’re Looking For:

Strong interest in technology and problem-solving.

Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.

Ability to work independently and in a team.

Basic understanding of vehicle electronics, GPS, or networking is a plus.

A current Australian driver’s licence.

Desirable (but not required):

Experience in tech support, electronics, or a related field.

Relevant certifications or technical training.

Physically capable of assisting with on-site installations when needed.
