Job Description

Are you a diligent and accountable IT generalist wanting to be the face of IT in our MedHealth offices across Brisbane, QLD?

The Tech Bar Support role with MedHealth is an autonomous role which will see the successful candidate using their strong IT knowledge and skills to provide excellent in-person support for all IT queries. They will be first point of contact for all office technology ranging from TV’s, meeting and consultant rooms to personal devices such as laptops and mobile phones. This role is also integral in the onboarding experience, ensuring everything is ready to go for new starters on Day One.

Key Duties

  • Assist with all in-person technology assistance
  • Complete New User account creation and deletion
  • Manage the delivery and return of hardware, including troubleshooting
  • Ensure all Meeting rooms and office technology is functional
  • Provide training to end users as required by the business
  • Support all key events and functions requiring technology
  • Assist in investigating, analysing and resolving hardware problems including hardware repairs, maintenance, technical assistance and support

Qualifications

  • 2 years on Service Desk or equivalent
  • 1+ years providing new user support, including creating accounts, onboarding, hardware and software deployment
  • In-person support for Teams meeting rooms and related equipment
  • Experience troubleshooting and resolving hardware issues
  • Experience with Office 365 and Windows
  • Knowledge and experience with ITIL
  • Exposure to Fresh Service or similar ticketing system
  • Knowledge and working experience with Active Directory, Azure Active Directory and Print Servers
  • Proven experience supporting printers, both in-person and remotely
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

Additional Information

This role will allow the candidate to start their day at a different office daily, servicing several of our brands in-person across Brisbane, including Ann Street CBD, and North Lakes, as well as ad hoc visits to other sites.

Our IT team sits across Australia with Head Office based in Melbourne.
