About the role

Andatech Pty Ltd, a leading provider of innovative technology solutions, is seeking a highly motivated Sales Account & Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team in Vermont, VIC 3133. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our valued clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeding their expectations.

What you'll be doing

Proactively manage a portfolio of accounts, identifying opportunities to grow and expand business relationships

Develop and execute tailored sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth within your client base

Act as the primary point of contact for your clients, providing exceptional customer service and support

Collaborate cross-functionally with the wider sales, marketing, and delivery teams to deliver integrated solutions

Maintain detailed records of client interactions and pipeline data to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting

Contribute to the overall sales and business development strategy of the organisation

What we're looking for

Proven track record of success in a sales account management or business development role, preferably within the technology or B2B services industry

Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels

Strong commercial acumen and the ability to identify and capitalise on growth opportunities

Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills, with a solutions-focused mindset

Proficiency in using CRM systems and data analysis tools to drive informed decision-making

Tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or sales
