Beaudesert Auto Group is looking for an exceptional Dealer Principal to lead our dealership and play a key role in the growth path for the group.

Beaudesert Auto Group is part of the larger Westpoint Auto Group and home to GWM, Nissan, Suzuki, Mahindra and an expansive Used Car operation, plus the GWM, Nissan, Suzuki, Mahindra and Holden Service operations.

We are looking for a senior leader to take the reigns of our Beaudesert operations as Dealer Principal.

Reporting to the off-site Director, you would be charged with the overall responsibility, profitability and future growth and success of the group operations. You will be required to work with the dealership management team at both the service and sales sites in Beaudesert and also remotely with the team in Brisbane to ensure consistent return on investment and growth of the business. As the leader, you will need to drive the strategic management and planning, ensure that volume and CSI targets are consistently met across sales and fixed operations whilst contributing positively to the overall success of the business.

This position will require the candidate to take the Dealership to the next level by implementing processes around marketing, vehicle sales, finance & insurance and aftermarket, growing and retaining the service and retail parts operations.

To be considered for an interview for this 'in-demand' position, the following credentials are essential:

Proven experience as a Dealer Principal or General Manager in an Automotive dealership

Strong Financial Acumen with a track record of meeting Financial targets

Extensive experience in both Sales and Fixed Operations

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to lead, manage and further develop all levels of staff, whilst maintaining a cohesive team spirit

Ability to be involved in the local community and grow sales from local business

Ability to work autonomously with little supervision
