Key Responsibilities

As a Principal at CYLAD, you will be instrumental in driving our mission and growth. Your core responsibilities will include:

Project Delivery:

Utilise your expertise to develop innovative solutions and address various organisational and operational challenges for clients.

Ensure exceptional project execution, problem-solving, and delivery.

Lead and mentor a team, providing long-term coaching beyond project scopes.

Business Development:

Spearhead commercial activities to acquire new clients and expand relationships with existing ones.

Oversee the entire process of commercial proposals.

Cultivate deep, enduring, and trustworthy relationships with clients.

Internal Development:

Enhance the skills of team members on projects and within CYLAD.

Take on significant responsibilities in internal development activities, including training, knowledge management, IT, HR, and marketing.

About You:

We seek candidates who meet the following criteria:

Exceptional academic performance in a relevant degree (e.g., Master in Engineering, MBA).

Outstanding analytical, synthesis, problem-solving, and communication skills.

A minimum of 8 years of successful management consulting experience, preferably in industrial sectors (e.g., defence, aerospace, manufacturing, energy/utilities, transport, infrastructure, resources).

Strong commercial and business development skills and experience.

Proven ability to manage projects and lead teams confidently.

Enthusiastic about teamwork and willing to travel within Australia.

Proficient in English.

Must be an Australian Citizen and able to obtain a Defence Clearance.
