In the role of Manager IT Service Management, you will manage the Service Desk and Knowledge Management teams. You will provide excellent customer service, ensuring timely, informed, and professional guidance to support business operations.

You will have experience in developing, implementing and monitoring IT service and performance metrics, policies and procedures. You will ensure compliance with agreed Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators, manage resourcing and coordinate IT procurement as required.

To excel in this role, you will need strong problem-solving skills, the ability to develop your team, and a willingness to contribute to hands-on delivery when required. Effective time management skills are crucial, as you will need to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing environments. You should be aware of industry developments and have a desire to drive the adoption of best practices.

We currently have one full time, permanent position available. Job share arrangements may be considered.

We are also currently advertising for a Level 6 Manager IT Systems and Infrastructure.
