Our LeisureFit pools have officially reopened after an exciting refurbishment! We're looking for passionate staff to bring their exceptional customer service skills and love for swimming to help create unforgettable experiences for our swimmers.
Are you passionate about swimming education and ready to take the next step in your aquatic career? We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated team player to help lead and support our vibrant LeisureFit Swim School. In this dynamic role, you'll be instrumental in shaping the success of our swim programs – supporting program development, mentoring instructors and customer service staff, and delivering exceptional service both in and out of the water.

Location: LeisureFit Booragoon
Salary: $61,964.95 - $67,389.89 pro-rata p.a. + 11.5% super (starting salary will vary depending on age in line with EBA)
Employment Type: 2 Year Temporary Contract, Part Time (Minimum 25 hours per fortnight with opportunity to work additional hours across various roles at LeisureFit during peak periods)
What You’ll Be Doing
Supporting the development, growth and smooth delivery of the LeisureFit Swim School program
Assisting the Swim School Team Leader in training, supervising, and mentoring Swim School Instructors and Customer Service Officers
Handling administrative tasks, including staff rostering and customer service at the Swim School front desk
Teaching swimming lessons as required and ensuring a safe and positive learning environment
Working weekend shifts
Assisting with the continuous improvement of policies, procedures, and quality standards within the Swim School
Collaborating with the sales and promotions team to implement marketing initiatives
What We’re Looking For
Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety qualification
Provide First Aid Certificate
Working with Children Check
Experience instructing swimming lessons for various age groups
Strong customer service and communication skills
Experience working with diverse individuals and supervising staff
Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
