Waterwise Swim School is committed to delivering high-quality swim lessons in a safe and supportive environment. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee the daily operations at our Willetton and Canning Vale locations. The applicant MUST be available to work between 2pm to 6pm on Monday to Friday afternoon.

Shift Times:

The successful applicant will work across both Willetton and Canning Vale sites.

The Supervisor will work 2pm - 6pm on Monday to Friday afternoons.

📋 Key Responsibilities

Staff Management: Supervise and lead a team of up to 30 swim instructors across both sites.

Roster Coordination: Develop and manage staff rosters, ensuring adequate coverage for all classes.

Shift Coverage: Source and arrange last-minute replacements for staff absences; personally cover swim classes when necessary.

Training & Development: Assist in the onboarding, training, and continuous professional development of swim instructors.

Staff Support: Address and resolve staff queries, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Operational Oversight: Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of swim classes, maintaining high standards of safety and customer service.

✅ Essential Qualifications

Current Swim Teacher qualification (e.g., AUSTSWIM or equivalent).

Current CPR certification

Valid Working with Children Check.

Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a swim school or aquatic environment.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
