Joining our Student Administration team, you will be at the heart of crucial functions such as Admissions, Student Progress and Student Fees & Reporting. Your New Role!

We are currently on the lookout for 2x Admissions officers to join our fast-paced close-knit team! You will be at the forefront of assessing and processing all coursework admissions, both domestic and international. Your role will involve determining applicants' eligibility for their desired courses and evaluating recognition of prior learning (RPL). Collaborating closely with other teams within Student Administration and the University, you will ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all stakeholders.

This Continuous | Full Time (37.5 hours per week) attracts a remuneration of $77K - $94K (pro rata) plus 17% employer superannuation contributions.

Selection Criteria:

  • Completion of a degree with subsequent work experience; or an equivalent combination or relevant experience and/or education/training.
  • Understanding of current regulatory requirements relating to student administration.
  • Ability to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Organisation, time and workload management skills.
  • Knowledge of Callista or a similar student management system.
