About the role

We are seeking a friendly and organised Receptionist to join our team at Pro Dent Repairs' in Albion, QLD 4010. As our Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our dent repair business.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and welcoming customers, clients and visitors in a professional manner

Answering and directing incoming phone calls

Scheduling and managing appointments and bookings

Maintaining a clean and organised reception area

Providing general administrative support, including filing, photocopying and data entry

Assisting the team with any other ad-hoc tasks as required

What we're looking for

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional manner

Excellent organisational and time management abilities

Proficiency in using office equipment and computer software

The ability to work well in a team and independently

A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
