We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, specifically focused on finance functions for a client based in Brisbane. This is a critical role in a complex, matrix environment that requires candidates with a proven track record in ERP deployments.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end implementation of MS Dynamics 365 Business Central for finance functions.

Drive project planning, execution, and delivery to ensure successful go-live within timeline and budget.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Finance, and external vendors.

Manage key stakeholders across the organization, ensuring clear communication and alignment.

Mitigate risks and resolve issues to keep the project on track.

Apply agile project methodologies and promote agile best practices throughout the project lifecycle.

Ensure data migration, testing, training, and change management activities are effectively coordinated and executed.

Requirements:

Experience managing ERP implementations as a Project Manager, ideally within large, complex organizations.

Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is highly regarded

Strong understanding of finance functions and how they integrate within ERP systems.

Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to navigate and deliver within matrixed and fast-paced environments.

Strong background in agile methodologies and project delivery frameworks.

Relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum).
