Client Details

Our client is a high-growth, national business who are a genuine household name. They have a fantastic workplace culture and a fun, supportive, collaborative payroll team. Our client is looking to implement a number of continuous improvement projects within the payroll function over the coming years, and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to be actively involved in this.

Description

Reporting to the Payroll Manager, your role will include:

• Process high-volume, end to end payroll
• Interpret and apply relevant EBA's and Awards
• Drive continuous improvement within the payroll function
• Preparation of year-end calculations, reconciliations and EOFY requirements
• End of month calculations, lodgement and payment of Payroll Tax
• Conduct leave audits
• Redundancy payments
• Other ad hoc tasks (please enquire within for the full PD)

Profile

We are seeking experienced payroll candidates within strong communication and stakeholder engagement. Key competencies listed below:

• Ability to work in a team
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Strong knowledge of payroll legislation

Job Offer

• $90,000 - $110,000 + super
