About the role

Lallemand Australia is seeking an experienced AR/AP & Payroll Specialist to join their team in Maroochydore, Queensland. This full-time role will be responsible for managing accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll functions, playing a crucial part in maintaining the company's financial operations.

What you'll be doing

Processing accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations

Administering the company's payroll system for Australia (30 staff) and New Zealand (2 staff)

Maintaining and updating financial records, ensuring accuracy

Providing support to the finance team and assisting with month-end and year-end reporting

Collaborating with other departments to resolve any financial-related queries or issues

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll role

Proficiency in using accounting software

Strong attention to detail and a proven track record of maintaining accurate financial records

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Thorough understanding of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll processes and relevant legislation
